Legendary Texas hotel ushers in new era with grand transformation

The elegant and timeless charm of the St. Anthony Hotel is legendary in the Alamo City. Opened in 1909, the “Queen of San Antonio” recently received a major facelift after undergoing massive renovations.

Updated features include two new culinary hot spots: Rebelle, from restaurateur Andrew Goodman with acclaimed chef Stefan Bowers, and Haunt, a cocktail bar also helmed by Goodman and Bowers, serving classic cocktails inspired by the haunting legends of the St. Anthony.

Featuring 277 guest rooms and suites and 31,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space in downtown San Antonio, the hotel delivers a luxurious atmosphere of sweeping views, opulent decor, and the same cozy ambiance that has made the likes of John Wayne, Babe Ruth, Lyndon B. Johnson, and Cary Grant want to stay awhile.
